1/4 Beef $1,095 (Avg hanging weight of 150 lbs)
1/2 Beef $2,190 (Avg hanging weight of 300 lbs)
Whole Beef $4,380 (Avg hanging weight of 600 lbs)
Price includes custom cut beef, vacuum packaging for long term freezer storage, labeling, and delivery right to your freezer.
Our beef is all GRASS FED and FINISHED, NO HORMONES, NO ANTIBIOTICS, COMPLETELY NATUAL.

We are a cattle ranch located in Elbert County Colorado. The family has been in Elbert County since the 1870's. Our ancestors came to Colorado from Sweden. Through the years, the family had cattle, along with other livestock, and farmed the land. We started selling Beef directly to the public within the last few years.
We currently have butcher dates scheduled through the year. We use local butchers that will customize what you order to give you what fits your needs as best we can. Order 1/4, 1/2, or a whole beef. Once you order, and pay the deposit amount, you will be sent a "cut sheet". This allows you to customize what you'll get. You choose from options on the "cut sheet". Next, the animal will go into the butcher on the designated date. The butcher will "age" the side of beef in their locker until it's ready to cut. Once the butcher determines it's ready to cut, they will cut to the specifications you asked for on the "cut sheet". The butchers' team will label and vacuum package your meat for freezing. The beef will be put into the freezer, at -20F to thoroughly freeze. Once ready, we deliver your order to you.
Delivery is included pretty much anywhere along the Front Range of Colorado. Denver, Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Northern cities along the front range. (Delivery is available for an added cost if out of the free delivery area) Just ask.
We also sell individually packaged beef at local farmer's markets. We try to let people know where we'll be and when via our Facebook page. @FiveORanch77. Click on the Farmers Markets tab in the menu to see the full schedule so far for the year.

Otherwise, find the amount you need. 1/4, 1/2, or whole. Remember that delivery will be approximately 20 to 30 days AFTER the butcher date. Add to your cart and fill out the information sheet and pay for your deposit. We'll confirm your order, and send you a "cut sheet". It's a bit of a process, but well worth it.
As a guide, you'll get approximately 25% steaks, 40% ground beef, and 35% roasts, stew meat, soup bones, etc. (exact amounts depend on how you fill out the cut sheet)
1/4 beef works well if you've never ordered like this before and want to give it a try.
1/4 beef also works well for those with 1 or 2 people households.
1/2 works well for 2+ person households that eat at home a lot.
3/4 works well for 2+ person households that eat beef more often.
Whole works for 2+ person households that LOVE to eat BEEF.
If you are new to getting beef in bulk, order one of our newest packages. 1/16 or 1/8. These are standard cuts. Same great Beef, just smaller amounts.
Remember, you can order any size or amount and SPLIT it with family or friends.
